Article 1 ( Members )
1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
2. "Member Information" refers to information concerning the member's attributes and the member's transaction history, etc., that the member discloses to the Company.
3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.
Article 2 ( Registration)

Article 3 ( Changes )

(3) Committing any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company. (4) Committing any other act that violates these Terms of Use.
Article 6 ( Handling of Member Information)
