Stop sleeping in a T-shirt and shorts! I know that, but...

When it gets hot, do you sleep in a T-shirt and shorts? Yes, that's what I did too.

I know how you feel! I did it too.

If it's hot, that's pretty standard in the summer.

These days, electricity bills have gone up, so try to wear light clothing and turn up the air conditioner to save on electricity bills.

That's why I think the T-shirt and shorts look becomes pajamas.

I also think that people started wearing them as everyday clothing, but as they got worn out, they were demoted to pajamas, and the T-shirt and shorts look became the norm.

While this look may seem cool when you sleep, it actually makes it harder for you to regulate your body temperature!

If you expose a lot of skin, there is less room to absorb sweat. And if the T-shirt is made of a material that doesn't absorb sweat, that's even worse.

Although people tend to think that it's difficult to sleep in the summer because of the high temperature, it's actually the humidity!

When I lived in LA, the temperature was high, but I never really felt it was hot.

That's because there was no humidity!

That's why humidity is key.

If you sleep in clothes that don't absorb sweat, you'll end up burying yourself in moisture! Lol

It feels muggy, that's why it's hot!

Also, with that look, your exposed skin is exposed to the air conditioning, and the exposed areas -- the surface of your skin -- get cold, but when they're cold, your pores constrict and can't release heat, so your internal organs stay hot, which makes you feel hot again... a vicious cycle.

If your internal organs don't cool down, your brain won't cool down either, so you won't be able to sleep well and won't feel refreshed the next morning. Instead, you'll feel sluggish and tired. Of course, this is because you woke up so many times because it was so hot, but it's also because you're not getting a deep, quality sleep.

Stop sleeping in a T-shirt and shorts immediately!

And stop sleeping on synthetic fiber items!

Try to expose as little skin as possible and wear sweat-absorbing clothing when you go to bed!

I highly recommend silk pajamas, which breathe and automatically regulate the temperature of the human body.

Of course, cotton pajamas are also a no-no, but silk has 1.5 times the moisture absorption and release properties of cotton .

If you want to get rid of the day's fatigue, get a good night's sleep, and improve your performance the next day, then silk pajamas are the way to go! You can't go wrong!

I am the type of person who spends a lot of money on bedding.

This is what we mean by efficient, meaningful, risk-free investment!

Silk is the best! Love Silk
