RRRRRRRRRRRRR

Being a TV addict, I can't help but be influenced by what's happening on TV...

I recently wrote a blog about the SDGs called "Clothes Graveyard." Apparently this week is a feature week for the SDGs, so many TV stations are broadcasting related programs.

Then, while I was searching the internet to see if there was any new news about the SDGs, I found something!

Before I knew it, R had increased.

The last time I updated was at 7 R , but now it seems to be at a higher R.

What's that R ???

Right? Lol

This is about the R in SDGs.

You may already know this, but I never thought there were more than 10 R's . I had no idea.

Among the new R's I learned today was the R from R elax.

R elax (relax)

Start with what you can do without trying to do too much.

I thought this was a very good R.

If you try too hard, you'll get tired.

Because we are tied down and trapped by it, it becomes difficult to live in the first place.

Start with what you can do within your limits and do it!

I think that is what can be sustained, and as a result, it will lead to a better future.

If you end it in a short time, that's it.

That is why it is important to continue the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and make them sustainable.

If you google it, you will find the definition of R , but I will write it here as well.

If you like, please give it a read!

Reuse : Reusing something that has already been used in its original form.

R educe (Reduce) Reducing the amount of garbage itself as much as possible

Refuse : Don't buy or receive unnecessary or extra things.

Repair : To make necessary repairs, reuse, and continue using the product for a long time.

R eturn: Returning something that can be returned to the place of purchase.

Rebuy (buying recycled products)

Regeneration : Try to use recycled products.

Rent : Rent things you need temporarily and don't accumulate things.

R eform (Reform) To take good care of things by improving and refining them

Rule : Follow the rules when separating garbage.

Responsibility : Taking full responsibility for disposing of unwanted items

And finally, R elax
