Do you know about winter body?

Be especially careful of the cold this winter!
This is because we've had a warm winter and the temperature differences are extreme!
Many people may think that it's not that cold because the temperatures have been so high recently, but the human body is actually in a state of "Body for winter and for summer."
It seems that the autonomic nervous system does this automatically.
So, what is a winter body and a summer body?
In the summer, because the temperature is so high, the body tries to prevent its temperature from rising, and so the body tries to release body heat outside.
In winter, on the other hand, it works to keep the body warm and protect the body from the cold.
So, because there have been many warm days this winter, our bodies have malfunctioned and are functioning like they should in the summer, which means our bodies are more likely to lose heat, meaning there is a high chance that our bodies are not prepared for winter.
This is why the body becomes colder than usual.
You may have experienced this before, but have you ever had trouble regulating your body temperature as summer ends and the seasons change from autumn to winter?
This is exactly what happens during the transition period when you are unable to transform your summer body into your winter body.
When you look at the weather forecast and think, "Wow, it's going to be cold today," you wrap up and head out, only to find that you're sweating profusely underneath your clothes, or, on the other hand, your body is trying to release the heat (= your body temperature is high), so when you take off your clothes it's really cold, etc.
As a result, unfortunately, my efforts were in vain and I ended up getting sick...
To begin with, what symptoms occur when you get cold? Women in particular are more susceptible to cystitis, and more specifically, the autonomic nervous system activates, constricting blood vessels and reducing blood flow in order to prevent the body temperature from dropping, which can lead to myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction.
After all, the cold is scary!
It's no longer just that it's cold, but that you're feeling chilly, and with winter finally upon us, I'm sure that most people's bodies are adapting to winter conditions. Either way, in order to warm up your body, make sure to eat nutritious meals and prepare body-warming products in an effort to warm yourself up!
