Thick legs complex

It's so warm that I don't need an outer layer anymore.

It's warm today and it feels really nice to be outside.

So, I think that those who used to sleep with warmers on in bed are now feeling that it's okay not to wear a warmer when they go to bed because it's gotten so warm...

(If you can sleep comfortably without a heater , that's fine.)

Today I'll be writing about recommended ways to change your warm clothes!

ar* has two types of warmers

One is a fluffy warmer with a double-knit interior of 100% silk and an exterior of 100% cotton.

This has excellent heat retention, making it ideal for those who want extra warmth.

So, when it gets warmer, I start to feel like it's a bit too much.

The other is a single-knitted warmer made entirely of silk.

Actually, I love this item

(I like them all, but in the end! lol)

This one is just the right length, just the right warmth, and just the right compression!

It completely wraps around your calves, providing warmth and compression to relieve the fatigue of the day, and also reduces swelling - it's a great product !

Because I have low blood pressure, my blood circulation is poor, so my calves get swollen at night.

Plus, I love salty food, so by the end of the day, my legs, or rather my calves, hurt.

I have thick legs, probably because I get swelling easily, and this has been a complex for me since I was little (and still is, of course!).

I also often hear that if you leave swelling untreated, your body will get fatter and fatter.

As a result, my calves are already thick to begin with, and with the swelling, they have grown into strong calves! lol

I used to sleep in compression socks because I felt inferior, and I made tireless efforts to make myself as slim as possible.

Compression socks at that time

It's too tight for me, and I want to take it off in the middle of the night, which wakes me up.

Maybe because I was trying to take them off while I was sleepy, I had a hard time taking off the tight compression tights, which was annoying, so I eventually stopped doing them.

I don't care about the thickness of my legs as much as I did when I was younger, but now, rather than just taking a shower at night, I take a long soak in the bathtub to warm myself up and get the blood circulating throughout my body, in order to reduce the pain in my calves caused by swelling and to relieve the fatigue of the day and prepare for the next day. I also sleep with my legs warm.

That's when a single-knitted warmer comes in handy!

Length, warmth, and perfect compression

It's a warmer that I can't find any other adjective to describe it other than "the best."

This seasonless warmer is the best!

Please change your warmer clothes !

Silk is the best! Love Silk

PS Of course, it's a 2-way so you can also wear it on your hand (arm).
