Luxurious soles

The rainy season has finally arrived in the Kanto region! Humid days are about to begin...

The reason why I'm so concerned about the weather is that my body becomes very sensitive to low pressure, and it makes me very depressed, and makes my mind and body feel sluggish and heavy... So, when the rainy season starts, I can't wait for summer to come!

I think I've written this before, but silk is a "wearable dehumidifier"!!

Even in humid weather, silk is about 1.5 times more absorbent than cotton.

Moreover, silk is a breathable fiber and has moisture-wicking properties, so it can release absorbed moisture or sweat (to the outside). It's easy to understand that it's a "wearable dehumidifier."

A friend of mine who had no interest in silk bought me silk ribbed socks. Since I had no interest in silk, he must have bought them for me out of consideration.

"It's completely different...! It's so much smoother!"

He said. I was doing something at the time, so all I said after that was, "I thought so!", but I was happy because I thought, "I knew it!"

On rainy days, you probably wear sneakers or rain boots, but you can't wear them barefoot, so it gets humid inside your shoes...

So silk socks!

I didn't think the soles of my feet were that sensitive, but when I wear silk socks, I can feel the nylon or polyester threads on the soles of my feet! lol

For socks that absolutely need elasticity, even if the yarn is 100% silk, it is essential to use yarn that contains polyurethane or nylon in its rubber composition.

Therefore, even if the part that touches the skin is 100% silk, the composition may be listed as 90% silk, which can be a little frustrating...

Socks made with 100% silk yarn vs. socks made mainly with cotton or nylon

When you compare them, you will be able to feel the difference even on the soles of your feet.

Not only the innerwear, but the skin on the soles of my feet is also silky smooth, making me think how luxurious my skin has become!

Still, I believe that being comfortable makes you happier.
