Even if the humidity is high, be careful not to become dehydrated.

It's late June , but the rainy season hasn't ended and it's still humid.
I've been in Osaka for a week already.
Finally...or should I say already...we have reached the halfway point.
Even if they don't wear silk all the time, they stop by and become interested in silk.
Many people try Silk Cream and realize that silk is a good option.
This pop-up is now halfway complete!
And, as is the case everywhere in Japan, Osaka has been experiencing extremely humid days.
So, what I personally try to do is to "drink water."
Because the humidity is high during the rainy season, it may seem like you have enough water, but because the air outside is very different from the air inside your body, it's easy to become dehydrated.
Perhaps that's why our skin is surprisingly dry...high humidity and water in the body are two separate issues.
In the middle of summer, I try to avoid heat stroke and my throat gets dry, so I drink a lot of fluids.
In winter, the air is dry and so is your skin, so you think you need to drink more water! However, even in the rainy season, lack of water is a big enemy.
Even if you're not thirsty, staying hydrated is important to keep your skin hydrated!
Many summer vegetables contain a lot of water.
Tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants...
They say that eating seasonal foods is good for your body, and this food also has the ability to cool you down. It's refreshing and easy to eat even when it's hot and you don't feel like eating anything.
While I wish summer would come, I also feel tired from the sweltering heat.
Be sure to drink plenty of water to avoid heat stroke, and also make sure your skin doesn't become dehydrated!
