I'm scared of the cold again.

Even though February is a short month, there are two consecutive holidays this year! Did you have a fulfilling holiday?

Although it is already spring according to the calendar, the outside air is still cold and it feels like we have yet to see a warm, comfortable temperature.

I can't go out unless I put on my coat yet.

Now, I have heard tens of thousands of times that "you can't lose weight if you're cold" or "it's not good for you to be cold," and I have written about it here as well.

When I thought about what was wrong, I realized it was pretty scary, so I decided to write about it.

(What?! Lol. But even if you understand something in your head, sometimes you need to refresh your memory!)

This is a very, very personal thing, but I suffer from coldness.

My shoulders also get stiff easily, and without me realising it, my posture has become extremely poor.

Although I knew it wasn't good, I had given up because I thought it was just my constitution and that having thick legs was genetic... but I felt like if I continued to do that, my life would be over in no time. lol

One thing that causes cold is poor posture, which makes walking easier. The way you walk can make your legs look bad. And your legs can get thicker... it's a vicious cycle.

There are many other factors to consider, such as your constitution and what you eat, but if the tops of your feet are cold, they will accumulate toxins that should be excreted, causing swelling in your feet. Keeping your feet cool will increase your basal metabolism and make your body less prone to gaining weight.

Hmm... habits are scary. I've gotten used to being cold and it feels normal, but I have thick legs and I feel like I'm missing out on summer... so I'm challenging myself to stay warmer than ever before.

Wear socks that keep your toes warm ( Silk Pile Socks: I call them silk carpet socks). When you go to bed, cover your feet from the top to the ankles and wear a 2way warmer .

Wear silk as an inner layer! (Because synthetic fiber inner layers don't absorb sweat, they cool the body down.) To prevent your waist from getting cold, wear Warmer Short Pants to keep you warm.

I also try to be careful about how I walk so I don't build up muscle in my legs.

Will something change? I hope something will change, so today's blog was like a reminder, a monologue.
