Don't let temperature difference fatigue get the better of me!

Hey everyone! We've been experiencing extreme temperature changes lately, so how are you all doing?
Recently, I've been frequently experiencing symptoms that I think might be due to the temperature difference (in my case, stiff shoulders, back pain, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, and allergic rhinitis), so I've been doing everything I can to combat the temperature difference !

Diet (eat slowly and try to eat fermented foods, especially yogurt and natto, once a day!)
Bath ( soak up to your shoulders in water of about 38-40℃ for about 10-15 minutes! Don't just 🚿!)
Exercise (I go to Renaissance twice a week (as much as possible (-_-;)) to stretch and do strength training 💪)
Sleep (Stop falling asleep on the sofa and sleep in bed properly 🛏!)
Clothing (Wear innerwear to help regulate body temperature! Silk items are a must! )

When I wrote it down, I realized that I hadn't done many things that I should have done on a daily basis, except for my clothes (-_-;) (I regret it). I've come to rely too much on silk for my daily life (lol)
But silk
Please rely on us!
I want you to rely on me!
Please rely on us!

When such temperature changes occur repeatedly, the autonomic nervous system goes into an up and down state in order to regulate body temperature.
(That puts a lot of strain on the body, and fatigue builds up.)
That's why it's a "silk" item !
※I have written a lot about the wonderfulness of silk in my past blogs, so please take a look!

Silk is a natural material that is highly absorbent, moisture releasing, breathable, and also promotes blood circulation, and has bacteriostatic and moisturizing properties, making it an excellent material for regulating body temperature!
Please try incorporating silk items to protect yourself from the cold and warm weather.

~Mary's recommended outfits for dealing with the cold and winter weather~
[A layered style perfect for when it's chilly in the mornings and evenings and hot during the day!]
Silk bra cami + ribbed top + jersey hoodie and jacket
If you wear a hoodie over a sleeveless top and then add a jacket, you can layer up to keep the cold away, and when it's warm you can take off the jacket and just wear the hoodie for a light look!

Silk shorts + warmer short pants + silk jersey bottoms + 2way warmer + pile socks
Wear stress-free warm shorts under bottoms that tend to get chilly. Plus, wear leg warmers (just take them off when it's warm!) and wool pile socks to prevent your feet from getting cold!

Silk keeps you comfortable 24/7 .
