In fact, it's a man's...

The other day I wrote about my father's skin, so I was wondering, which skin type actually needs more care, men's or women's?

So, it turns out that men's skin is actually weaker than women's skin.

(Shiseido survey results targeting men and women in their 20s and 30s)

The survey results showed that there was no significant difference in moisture content between men and women, but men were more susceptible to UV damage and had a lower barrier function*, meaning that "men's skin is weaker."

Sadly, as we age, our skin becomes weaker.

Well, it’s not just the skin.

That is human nature that cannot be resisted.

(*The barrier function is the function of the stratum corneum to protect against external stimuli such as ultraviolet rays and dryness, and to prevent the moisture stored inside from escaping.)

The main reason for this is probably lack of maintenance.

Nowadays, the term "beauty boys" has become established and is becoming more commonplace, and it is becoming commonplace for men to take care of their skin in the morning and evening, and cosmetics specifically for men have finally started to appear, but I still think that the old custom of "it's okay for a man to do the things that women do" and that it's considered barbaric or cool is still deeply rooted in most people, so I think that the majority of men don't have a habit of carefully taking care of their skin.

Men who do not take care of their skin have a gradually declining barrier function, and due to dryness damage, moisture is more likely to escape, and a lack of moisture can cause skin problems.

If a problem occurs and you leave it as is, it will of course leave a mark, so there is no good in it.

And to add insult to injury, here's another fact: Men tend to have more pores and produce more sebum than women!

Excessive sebum production is another cause of problems.

However, for those who have never taken care of their hair before, it can be a tedious routine to make it a habit.

So, I wouldn't tell such people to do their skincare routine morning and night.

As a civilized person and member of society, I think it's natural to wear clothes (it's a crime to go outside naked, so I don't think there's anyone who would do that).

How about trying to wear clothes made from materials that are good for sensitive skin?

Why don't you stop using plastic (petroleum) underwear for now? It will accelerate dry skin!

But if you don't wear something like that, it's like the old Gunze style ``THE underwear'', which is not a dad shirt but more like a grandpa shirt, and you suddenly end up looking like an old man or grandfather, so that's not what some people like!

Our ar* innerwear is not like that! It looks like a certain famous sports brand innerwear ! What's more, it has a smooth and silky feel that only silk can provide!

Please give it a try!

What is that wonderful innerwear ?
