A horrifying story.

The temperature is rising, pollen is flying, and plum blossoms are blooming - it's spring!

Even though we recommend wearing silk underwear every day,
The other day, I had time to do the laundry so I ended up wearing my Heat Somehow Tech and fleece for the first time in a while.

Today I'd like to talk about what it was like to actually be shaken by that experience.

As spring approaches, if you accidentally go out wearing your winter outerwear, you may find yourself sweating more often indoors, as many places have the heating on.

It often still feels cold in the mornings and at night, so I think it's better to be cautious and dress warmly when I go out, thinking that I can just take some off during the day.

On the day I went out wearing an inner layer made of synthetic fibers, I felt warm for a moment, but...

I got so hot all of a sudden that I started sweating and it was really uncomfortable.

Then the sweat suddenly cooled and I became so cold that I started shivering.

When the sweat cooled, it took my body heat with it, so I was cold even though I was sweating. It was very uncomfortable.

Leaving sweat on your body can make you catch a cold, roughen your skin, and even cause odor...!!

I realized that humans sweat more than we realize, and that this is how we try to regulate our body temperature.

Many years ago, I would have just thought that my sweat had cooled down, but now I'm used to wearing silk underwear, so I was surprised at the difference.

Since wearing silk, it's so comfortable.

It is breathable, cool in summer and warm in winter.

It is also known as a "breathing fiber" because of its excellent moisture release and absorption properties.

Since your body is trying to regulate your body temperature on its own, we recommend using natural fibers, rather than covering your body with innerwear made from petroleum-based synthetic fibers, as these are innerwear that come into direct contact with your skin.
