My recent pickled vegetable life

Can I tell you about pickled vegetables, which I've been eating a lot lately?

This has nothing to do with silk, but it's just my personal desire to share something that's good for the body.

I've always loved pickles, so I wasn't suddenly like, "Pickled vegetables are the best!", but I had heard that lactic acid bacteria are good for the body and that they're good for the intestines.

However, this spring the pollen has been particularly bad...!! I can tell the moment I wake up whether there is a lot of pollen in the air or not.

I want to do something, so of course I need to use medicine, but I was wondering if there was any other way...and then I decided to take lactic acid bacteria seriously and started making pickled vegetables in rice bran.

Putting hay fever aside for the moment, pickled vegetables are said to be good for boosting the immune system, preventing cancer, relieving constipation, and relieving stress.

(Everyone relieves stress differently, but for me, dancing to my favorite music or mindlessly eating vegetable sticks can help relieve stress. Lol.)

In terms of beauty, it is said to have a diet effect and make it easier to eliminate waste products.

This is because an increase in good bacteria in the body improves the intestinal environment.

In addition, the rice bran bed itself is rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein, so the nutrients can penetrate the vegetables and be absorbed efficiently.

Yogurt is also rich in lactic acid bacteria, but it seems that a food originating from Japan called "nuka-zuke" is more suitable for the Japanese constitution.

In other words, having a lot of lactic acid bacteria improves the intestinal environment, which in turn boosts immunity! There are many different factors involved, so I don't think there is any direct benefit to anything, but overall, there is no doubt that pickled vegetables are good for the body.

I'm going to try to eat pickled vegetables more consciously for a while!

You can also get some vegetables, so it's a win-win situation!

However, since pickled vegetables contain a lot of salt, be careful not to eat too much of them as you may end up consuming too much salt!
