This is a story that I am already excited about.
Last week, I met up with a senior who used to be very kind to me and we went out to eat.
She is beautiful, intelligent, and funny. She was one of my respected seniors who I used to hang out with a lot.
It's hard for me to imagine that my former boss, who used to work so hard, is now retired and devoted to being a housewife ( lol! ) , but I'm envious of her and her happy life.
The senior student said, "This is really difficult. I want something done! I really don't want to get older."
That's because menopause has started and it's a hassle...
She didn't realize it was menopause and just thought, "What is this? Why is that? "
However, the phenomenon of her body suddenly becoming extremely hot, her whole body becoming sweaty, and then returning to normal as if by magic after a few minutes continued so much... She finally began to suspect that this might be the hot flash ? ( Because she had also been living abroad ) , and when she went to the hospital to get it checked out, she was told simply and frankly that it was a typical symptom of menopause .
Some people start as early as their 30s , but because our lifestyles and diets are different now than they were in the past, some people may experience "premature menopause" and start even earlier.
When my senior was told by the doctor that she had been diagnosed with a definitive condition, she was depressed and said, "Finally...", but she comforted herself by saying that it's a normal thing for women to go through, and now she is living with it well.
"Sooner or later, R will come too! LOL," he said, pointing at people's faces with both hands and laughing, and ever since then, I've been worrying unnecessarily once a day , wondering if he's coming or not.
Symptoms vary from person to person, but even if I get a hot flash , I'll be fine!
