Be careful of the dryness of spring!

I guess the second half of March is the middle of welcoming and farewell parties for everyone. The trains are crowded late at night, and it seems like there are a lot of people who are tipsy.

I look forward to the cherry blossoms at this time every year, but as I wrote before, my skin is quite sensitive because I'm fighting pollen. Is it like my immune system is fighting the pollen, and my skin is not? That's just my own image. lol

I don't know exactly why, but maybe my immune system has weakened, but my skin is extremely dry and my stomach is itchy! It's even more itchy than in the winter, and I'm not sure what's going on.
I think it probably dried out on the elastic part of an undergarment or piece of clothing I was wearing without even realizing it, but I can't help but feel an itch in this spot!

Even though I was recommended silk, I was having an itch from something I had casually worn! This really makes me realise that silk is the best.

When you're crammed into a crowded train, your stomach feels itchy and itches... I guess this is what causes stress without you realizing it.

It seems that boosting your immunity is good for hay fever. Speaking of immunity, lactic acid bacteria are good, so I actively eat rice bran pickles, a traditional Japanese fermented food made with lactic acid bacteria.

I'll report back on my pickled vegetable life next time.
I hope the pollen season ends soon!
