Have you heard of health assets?

How are you all spending this year's Obon holidays?

We've been hearing about the effects of typhoons, flooding, and wildfires in Hawaii, and it's not exactly a very calming feeling. I hope that we can all return to our normal, peaceful lives as soon as possible.

By the way, have you ever heard of health assets?

Financial assets are a term that refers to money, and you may have heard of them often, but recently you have also started to hear the term health assets.

It is said that we are living in an age where we can live to 100 years old, and self-management seems to be a more important element of life than ever before. It is a given that there are various ways of thinking and living, but the retirement age was set at 60. If you live to be 100 years old, you have 40 years left... I don't think you can manage the remaining two -fifths of your life with savings, and these days you hardly ever see people retiring at 60 .

It would be a wonderful thing if you could retire early, but even if you continue to work, staying healthy is just as important as money, so that you can use the money you've saved to enjoy yourself after work!

Thinking about this can really make you feel uneasy,

I've come to realise once again that "health comes first!" is truly true, and I believe that even if we don't do anything big, the best investment is to just be mindful of it every day.

Eat a balanced diet, exercise, and stay warm!

"Coldness is the root of all diseases."

There is absolutely no benefit to leaving a cold body as it is.

I don't really like wearing socks when I'm at home, so I often go barefoot, but my ankles are often cold. I can't turn off the air conditioner when I go to sleep, so I use a 2way warmer that covers my ankles.

Sometimes it's so hot that you don't have time to worry about anything, but if you feel like the air conditioning is making you cold, we recommend trying a warmer even in summer.

Health is something that cannot be replaced by money, so I've decided to start paying attention to my health assets and managing them myself!
