Even if it's just one day of your life! (But it's still one day! Spirit)

Thankfully, I am energetic and healthy.

In short, I'm really "good."

According to his parents, when he was young, he was physically weak and had to miss school and daycare frequently, which caused his mother a lot of trouble...

But now, I feel so physically and mentally tough that I wonder if that even happened!

Even though I am like that, the other day I had a sharp pain in my stomach for the first time in a while, and I realized it was the typical menstrual cramp.

I almost never have period pain, but once or twice a year I experience painful period pain. I'm sure it's much milder than other people's.

I have never had to take painkillers, been unable to go out, had difficulty concentrating due to stomach pain, or had to stay in bed.

However, even though I don't have period pain every month, I sometimes get a slight stomach ache on the first day, like "Oh, it's coming," and sometimes it lasts until the second day.

But I think it's really lighter than the others.

The other day I got the biggest thump of the year, "Ouch!"

I've heard quite a lot of women these days are suffering from period pain, PMS (premenstrual syndrome), and gynecological diseases.

In addition, there is a trend of suggesting that using organic sanitary napkins, instead of cheap synthetic ones, can reduce menstrual pain, which is caused by percutaneous absorption.

In fact, my friend also felt that using organic napkins made a big difference, so I recommend you try them out for yourself!

Percutaneous absorption does not only occur through the genitals, but also through clothing that comes into direct contact with the skin, so it is important to use natural materials for items that come into direct contact with the skin.

This is especially true when you're on your period!

* Transdermal absorption refers to the absorption of ingredients contained in products that are placed on or worn on the skin (clothing, cosmetics, daily necessities, etc.) into the body through the skin.

Although ar* does not have a lineup of sanitary items, they only carry products that are supportive of PMS ( premenstrual syndrome ) (natural materials, silk ).

After all, it's a silk specialty store .

Silk items that automatically regulate temperature are especially useful during times when your body is changing rapidly.

So, during your period, be sure to wear natural materials.

Of course, I recommend silk!

In particular, the silk shorts are not constricting and are very light and comfortable to wear.

It does not constrict the groin area, and is also good for preventing poor circulation and swelling that often occurs before menstruation.

Silk bra camisoles are also recommended for such occasions.

It fits your chest and stomach nicely and gently! Compared to a regular bra, it feels a little loose for going out, but it's perfect for when your breasts are swollen before your period because it provides just the right amount of tightness.

The other day, when I had my first "Ouch!" of the year, the weather was like early summer, so I didn't wear much silk (just silk bralette and silk shorts ), but the moment I felt period pain, I put on silk long underpants over my silk bra camisole and silk shorts , and maybe it warmed my body? Or maybe it kept my temperature just right? I wasn't distracted by stomach pains and was fine all day! It was comfortable.

What if it's not silk?

Well, there is another mischievous me who asks myself this question, but I didn't do the other one, so I don't know the outcome of that one. Either way, it's a good thing that I didn't have an unpleasant day of menstruation.

If you can avoid discomfort or pain for even just one day of your life, it's better not to do it at all.

(But it's a one-day thing)

Let's be comfortable 24/7 (anytime, anytime) with silk! If that's what you can do! That's why it's silk!

Silk is the best! Love Silk
