I secretly wear the 100 % silk half underpants that my mother bought me as pajamas.
I usually sleep with my favorite belly warmer pants and 2way warmers on my feet (which is also great).
On a personal note, I was going back and forth between my parents' house and my own room, and when I thought I didn't have anything to wear when I went to sleep at my parents' house, I put on some 100 % silk underpants that I found hanging on the laundry, and I didn't know who in my family they belonged to, so I went to sleep in them. (Sorry!)
I thought it would be perfect for sleeping, so I put it on and went to sleep, but it's 100 % silk, so it's light and feels good on the skin, and to put it mildly, it was the best when I went to sleep! lol
Although the 100 % silk underpants are designed to be worn as innerwear, we also recommend pairing them with a T- shirt or three- quarter length long sleeves as a substitute for pajamas.

The skin is the most exposed organ, and it is said that some of the stress we feel is through the skin. We are unconscious when we are sleeping, but isn't it actually more important to be stress-free when we are unconscious than when we are awake and conscious? That's what I personally think.
If you feel that silk is too thin to wear as is, you can of course wear pajamas or thin pants over it! It will still be comfortable. Because you won't feel stuffy even if you wear layers!
