"The best ingredients" and "the best materials"

This is a story about how my husband has recently become addicted to sea fishing .

The boats usually go to Chiba, leaving at 4:30am and returning home after 3pm.
Sometimes you get a ton of stuff, but other days you just get sloppy.
That said, we did catch quite a few fish, including horse mackerel, swordfish, and puffer fish.
I have to prepare the fish I caught myself! (This is really impossible!)
Scrape off the scales, remove the bones, and do all the prep work quickly! (Good job!)
Sashimi, fried food, simmered food, grilled food, tempura, clear soup, meunière...
You'll never get bored of cooking this dish because it can be prepared in so many different ways.

So recently I've gone from being a 'meat🍗meat🍖meat🍗' person to being a 'fish🐟fish🐡fish🐠' person!

Niacin, which is found in large amounts in fish, prevents and improves skin problems such as blemishes, freckles, skin aging, and acne! And Vitamin E, which is found in horse mackerel, is known as the "rejuvenating vitamin" !!!

Salmon also contains astaxanthin, which is known to have anti-aging and antioxidant properties, and collagen, which is good for the skin, and is therefore said to be effective in preventing blemishes, wrinkles, sagging skin, aging hair and nails, and body odor !!!

Fish is not only good for beauty, but it also has a positive effect on many aspects of our health, improving our functions, etc. (I didn't know that before!)

Thanks to my husband, my fish consumption has increased again!
I aim to rejuvenate myself with the "best material (silk)" and the "best ingredients (fish)" (laughs).

Silk keeps you comfortable 24/7.
