A baby's skin is half as thin as an adult's!

The other day, when I stopped by a certain famous select shop, the baby and kids section was filled with clothes made from fluffy materials.

I thought it was cute that adults and children could coordinate their outfits together, but the fluffy material is, of course, polyester.

Baby's skin is said to be much more sensitive than that of adults.

This is a delicate skin that sweats a lot, dries easily, and is prone to roughness.
(Apparently, the thickness of the sebum in children is about half that of adults!)

The reason why your fingertips get dry and flaky when you touch acrylic is because the oils on your fingertips are absorbed into the fibers. Polyester is also a synthetic fiber, so it is more irritating than natural fibers.
If you wear fluffy acrylic or polyester room socks and your heels are rough, those socks may be the culprit...!!
Conversely, people who had found improvement from wearing silk socks also shared their experiences at the pop-up.

Furthermore, when I heard them say things like, "We're using recycled materials...", it felt as if we were making a newborn baby pay for the mistakes of humanity in the past, and I thought that was kind of strange.
(This is just my personal opinion though.)

In interviews with celebrities, we often see articles saying that after giving birth, they have become more interested in organic products or that they have started choosing products that are good for their body.
I've mostly been talking about food, but the same goes for clothing; skin also breathes and is something we come into direct contact with.

Food additives and synthetic fibers appeared alongside the development of industry and are fairly recent developments in human history. Perhaps it is only natural that humans find natural products to be comfortable.
I also think that parents should be especially considerate of babies who are not yet able to make choices for themselves, and pay particular attention to the materials used when choosing the things they wear.

I used baby gifts as an example, but ar* also has face towels , warmers to comfort mums after giving birth, and socks !

Furthermore, Silk Skin Veil is also good for babies' diaper rash, and as the veil wraps around the skin, it is recommended for all ages, not just those with rough hands.

When you are thinking of a gift for a special person, we hope you will remember ar* .
