I'm thinking about which pop-up store to go to this year.
Last year, in 2023 , we held the event in four locations in Tokyo, three times in Kansai and Yokohama, and one in Kamakura. The Kanto region was by far the most popular, and I'm wondering what it would be like to hold the event a little further away next time.

There are different people, trends, and characteristics that we encounter in each place, and it is a learning experience for us.
I've set up pop-up stores in many different places, so I have fond memories of each one.
I think it was at a pop-up store in Kansai last year, but we got a call saying that the socks we had delivered were out of stock! But I remembered putting them in, so what do you mean they're out of stock?! I was really panicked. It's not easy to navigate a pop-up store , and it was our first time outside of the Kanto region, so we were nervous because of the distance.
After a frantic search, I found it, which had fallen into the back of a drawer where we kept our inventory...and it was there. Thank goodness! I was nervous at the time, but now it's a fond memory.
When we were driving to a pop-up store in Tokyo, we had a flat tire and had to call a tow truck first thing in the morning, which caused a big delay in our plans. (We were really glad that we didn't get into an accident.)
Personally, the next area I'd like to visit for a Pop-up Store is Hakata in Kyushu.
When I go on a business trip, I always think about what's delicious in each place... I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that way... lol
Also, in Yokohama, I went to Yokohama every day, but it was quite far from my house, so it was also a personal training. However, during the Yokohama pop-up, I became addicted to donuts.
I've been eating everything from Krispy Kreme to Misaki Donuts, malasadas, apple pie, and other sweet flour-based treats, and I thought that was the best part of popping up in a different place! lol
