Even though our brand is still new, we have already received support from customers from overseas, and we sometimes receive messages from them via DM on Instagram.

If we have a pop-up store, they will come to the store, but if we don't, they will be in trouble and will send me a DM.

This was a direct message because we don't yet offer international shipping on our online store and we don't have a permanent store.

We want to be as close to our fans as possible, so we are responding to their requests.

(Honestly, it's sometimes difficult... so I hope it won't be unfair because it's not always the case, but I'll try my best as long as time allows.)

The DM said, "I bought some ar* products when I came to Tokyo before, and they were so good that I want to buy more, and this, this, this, this, and this... (and this is just a small part of it)," and it showed such passionate feelings about ar* products and was such a warm message that I was honestly really happy and grateful.

We receive wonderful comments directly from customers in Japan, as well as through Instagram DMs, inquiries about our online store, and even product reviews...it's really encouraging.

Every time this happens, Azusa and I are so touched.

"This is what it feels like to be in heaven!!!!!!" we said to each other, as we read the words we received over and over again, savoring them.

Personally, I drink every night while looking at messages like that.

Taking a photo and drinking the fizzy drink while looking at it is very delicious.

And while I was drunk, I thought to myself,
