Now is the time to be careful! "Winter fatigue"

The other day I wrote about winter fatigue, this is a continuation of that!

Last time, I wrote that autonomic nervous system disorders can lead to "winter fatigue."

The autonomic nervous system is the nervous system that regulates the internal environment of the body and controls the movement of the internal organs, blood vessels, etc.

The sympathetic nervous system has the function of making you tense and active, and constricts blood vessels.

On the other hand, the parasympathetic nervous system relaxes you and dilates your blood vessels.

Humans balance these two things.

When the sympathetic nervous system becomes dominant, the muscles at the entrance of the blood vessels contract, reducing blood flow and resulting in poor circulation.

When blood circulation is poor, nutrients are not transported properly to the body and waste products are not flushed out and instead remain in the body. It goes without saying that this phenomenon is a threat to your health, right?

Therefore, it is important to be careful every day to avoid letting the sympathetic nervous system dominate!

When it is freezing cold or the temperature difference becomes extreme, the sympathetic nervous system becomes active and dominant.

This is why winter fatigue occurs.

Winter is cold, so there's nothing you can do about it! No matter how hard you try, there's no way to change that.

Let's take steps to beat the winter cold on our own!

It's about warming up! Let's spend each day trying to warm up♪

If you're not healthy, even fun things won't be as fun!

A common mistake people make when trying to keep warm is to wear lots of clothes.

I used to do it until recently.

Anyway, I layered up and put on a lot of clothes (I didn't want to feel cold at all, and if I caught a cold and had to stay in bed, it would be a waste of time, and on top of that, if I got a fever, it would be too painful... so I dressed up as much as I could every day).

But when I wear too much, my shoulders get stiff. For some reason, I get tired.

More than anything, I ended up wearing too much clothes and couldn't enjoy fashion (beating the cold was my top priority).

But now, I can stay warm in just silk underwear, look smart, and wear whatever clothes I feel like wearing on the day.

I used to be stressed out by the weather and it was a hassle and annoying, but since I discovered Silk, those mornings have completely disappeared.

It was a cold day all day today, but thanks to my silk underwear, I was able to avoid the extreme cold.

So, if you're thinking, "It's cold today," I want you to try silk underwear! It really makes a difference! I hope you'll understand the amazing feeling.

Silk is the best! Love Silk
